NCI has a qualified staff of transportation engineers and technicians with experience in virtually all types of projects, from interstate highways to small recreational trail systems. We utilize the most sophisticated design software, and we maintain continuous involvement in all aspects of the project from design through construction, such as right-of-way planning, alignment and grade design, storm drainage design, hydraulics and hydrology, utility conflict resolution, pavement design, environmental impact statements, environmental assessments, Section 4(f) Evaluations, and construction management and inspection.
