NCI's Environmental Division has successfully cleaned up and obtained regulatory closure for many previously contaminated sites.

Due to the vast array of new environmental regulations, many owners find it very difficult to sell their properties. NCI staff has been successful in assessing these properties, implementing remediation measures wherever necessary, and satisfying potential buyer's concerns prior to property transactions.

NCI's Environmental Division has also responded to emergency chemical releases with the necessary equipment to contain and clean-up these spills with very high success rates.
